- 1. How is diode laser different from CO2 lasers?
The diode laser head is light and can be directly installed on the axis without adjusting the optical path, and unlike CO2 lasers, it does not transmit energy through mirrors and has no bulky water cooling systems or laser tubes.
- 2. Does Lazervida need to change the cooling water regularly?
The laser head has a built-in cooling fan, so no additional water cooling system is required.
- 3. Is there any upgrade kit for Lazervida?
Lazervida comes with multiple accessories including the Stands, Cone Spacers, Rotary Add-on and Air Assist Add-on.
- 4.How long is the service life of Lazervida’s laser head?
Under normal usage, the laser head has a lifespan of 10,000 hours.
- 5. How does Lazervida connect?
Lazervida connects via a USB cable.
6.What is the wavelength of Lazervida’s laser head?

- 7. Lazervida is not equipped with a screen, how can I tell the machine’s status?
Lazervida is not equipped with a control panel, but the LED signal lights can identify the status.
Standby: White-breathing light.
During work: The signal light remains on.

An error occurred: The signal light is blinking.
- 8. The machine does not have a bottom cover, what material can be placed under it as a base when engraving/cutting items?
To avoid damaging the desktop, use thick wood/acrylic or metal materials to place under while operation.
